In November 2012, Patrick Fox filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage in the Los Angeles Superior Court (California).

In August 2014, while our divorce was still before the California court, I filed a Petition for Annulment in the Maricopa County Superior Court (Arizona). Fox didn’t contest, or even respond to, the Arizona annulment and it was granted by default.

However, the Arizona petition was invalid from the outset, for lack of jurisdiction because we already had an active divorce proceeding in California. In other words, even though the annulment was granted, it’s not actually valid. Which means … Patrick Fox and I are actually still legally married. Booya, bitches!

For years I have been claiming that when Fox had custody of our son, Gabriel, he interfered with every one of my visitations with Gabriel. But in reality, Fox never once attempted to interfere with any of those visitations. In fact, in each instance he usually went out of his way to be accommodating, and it was I who caused the visitation to be cancelled, or changed, at the last minute.

In this article, we review each of those visitations and I provide the proof, showing that I, not Fox, was the one interfering with them.

Desiree was arrested in Santa Monica, for being under the influence in a public place. When she appeared before the judge she was dancing and talking to imaginary people in the courtroom. The judge ordered her committed for a psychiatric evaluation. During her stay at the psychiatric hospital, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and delusional disorder.

I created a GoFundMe campaign to sucker some of you into giving me money. And it actually worked. So I took that money and spent it on other things.

When I testified at Patrick Fox’s criminal harassment trial related to this website, I told so many lies I lost track (but according to the transcripts, it’s around 230). Of that, there were at least 81 instances where both the prosecutor and the defense lawyer knew I was lying, but neither of them said anything.

Fox has gotten a lot of crap for having once said to me in an email, that he was using our son as a pawn against me. In reality, of course, he wasn’t. He just said it to piss me off. I, on the other hand, actually admitted in one of my police interviews and in my testimony at the trial, that I was harming and using our son as a weapon to force Fox to do what I wanted.

An open letter from Fox to the BC Attorney General, antagonizing him, mocking the prosecutors of the BCPS, and insisting that even if they lock him up for the rest of his life he will never take down this website. Suck it, bitches!

When Fox was released from prison after completing the sentence for the criminal harassment conviction, he had a probation condition requiring him to take down this website. The website didn’t get taken down, but he didn’t get arrested, so after two months of waiting, I posted this article to antagonize the BC prosecutors. Sure enough, Fox was arrested three days later. They sure are easy to manipulate, those BC prosecutors.

This is what started all the prosecutions and imprisonments of Fox. Prior to this article being posted, the BC Prosecution Service insisted there is no criminal harassment and there’s nothing illegal about this website. This article gets posted and, three days later, that same website suddenly constitutes criminal harassment. Turns out all those prosecutions and all that time in prison had nothing to do with protecting or getting justice for me – it was all about the BCPS trying to save face.

Desiree insists on fighting, in court, to keep her silly, and entirely impotent, order of protection against Fox in place – even though it doesn’t adversely affect Fox, or benefit her. Why? Is she retarded? Meanwhile, Fox happily uses it as a means to fuck with her. Hooray, law!

Here’s a copy of the medical marijuana card application I was able to get my weed card with. Like most potheads in good health, with no qualifying medical conditions, I lied about suffering from fibromyalgia because there is no way to prove or disprove it.

Like trailer park mothers the world over, I always have time and money for weed and beer, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to be bothered with stupid shit like my kids’ medical and dental care! Yes, it’s been over 3 years since I’ve taken my kids to the dentist. And I am damn proud of how wonderful of a mother I am!

I recently interviewed at Pima Community College for a Systems Analyst type position. Today, they came across this website and had a good, thorough look around. I wonder if they’re going to make me an offer?

Long before this website was created, I explicitly authorized Fox to go ahead and compile and publish absolutely everything about me and all the disgusting things I’ve done. It’s all in writing. Once again, I fucked myself with my own words!

The news media made a big deal about Fox saying he would not take down this site until I am “destitute and homeless”. But what they didn’t tell you, is that is exactly what I did to him in 2013. Because of my deliberate actions, Fox ended up homeless, in a foreign country, with only the clothes on his back and nary a penny in his pocket. He spent three months in homeless shelters, doing day labor, while he struggled to get back on his feet.

So, in Canada it’s okay for a female to do that to a male, but it’s not okay for a male to even speak of doing that same thing to a female that has already done it to him.

On March 28, 2016, I committed perjury in court by falsely testifying that I have only done one news interview about this website. As always, the judge did nothing! He knew I was lying and he let me. This post includes the actual recording of me actually lying in court.

The day after the CBC story ran, I did a live interview on a radio show. Because it was live, I contradicted almost everything I had claimed in the CBC and other stories, and admitted a bunch of shit I shouldn’t have. I really fucked myself on this one. This post includes a recording of that entire interview.

A recounting of the events surrounding the time I abducted a 10 year old child, brought him to another state, and held him captive for 3 months – from the sociopathic, narcissistic perspective of the abductor. Four months after mine and Fox’s son was born I was having second thoughts about all this parenting bullshit. I called around, to some adoption agencies, trying to see how much money I could get for him.

Really. True story. I actually tried to sell my baby. I’m such a sweetheart.

For years, I’ve been adamantly denying I had anything at all to do with Fox being deported from the US. Then recently, in family court, I accidentally admitted it in front of the judge – and the whole thing was recorded. The recording is included in this post.

Desiree insists the story of her attempting to self-abort her pregnancy, 5 months in, is a lie. But rather than simply obtaining the medical records to prove it, her response was to hire an attorney to try to keep her order of protection against Fox from being vacated on appeal. If the story really was a lie Desiree could prove that in 5 minutes!

A delusion is the insistent belief in something even when all the evidence proves it to not be so. For years now, Desiree has been insisting Fox is an illegal alien even though she has seen his birth certificate, DHS records, and IRCC records. But is she really delusional or just a compulsive liar?

Desiree sees a court order forcing hers and Fox’s son to continue in her custody as a “victory”, regardless of what their son actually thinks of her or what he actually wants. It is more important to her that she have “possession” of their child, than whether or not the child loves and respects her, or wants to be with her.

Today, the family court ordered that mine and Fox’s son is to remain in my custody, and that I, and I alone, shall have full discretion in all decisions about visitation and even telephone contact. Regardless of the fact that our son wants to go back to living with Fox.

I can – and will – completely refuse to allow our son to ever see or speak with his father again!

Marnie Tunay, a delusional psycho feminist from Alberta, Canada runs a personal blog wherein she seems to have blindly and completely accepted the role as Desiree’s misguided defender. Miss Tunay has, at times, stated she doesn’t care about evidence or facts – she only cares about what the news says. She is a perfect example of the imbecilic mentality required to support people like Desiree. Kind of like the BC prosecutors and judges who also continue to claim to blindly and completely support Desiree.

One thing you can always be sure of with sociopathic, compulsive liars like Desiree is that they will make up whatever lies they need to win the current argument, or justify their current misconduct, or get whatever they’re currently trying to get from you. And in three minutes they’ll completely forget they told those lies and tell new lies which completely contradict what they said four minutes ago. And then, tomorrow, during the next argument, they’ll tell new lies which somehow are able to, yet again, contradict the contradictory lies they told yesterday.

When I was five months pregnant with mine and Fox’s son I tried to force a miscarriage, to give myself an abortion, by repeatedly punching myself in the stomach. As a result, our son was born three months premature, is blind in one eye, and has recurring respiratory complications. But still, I insist I’m a wonderful mother!

You might think, “No way! Nobody’s that evil.” But yes, my friends, it’s all true and I really am that despicable.

It’s now been over three years since Desiree’s and Fox’s son was forced to go live with Desiree and he still doesn’t want to be there; doesn’t love and respect her; and still wants to go back to living with Fox. As delusional psychopaths usually do, Desiree has been fighting to hold on to the fairy tale that her children love and respect her unconditionally. But that mean villain, “reality”, keeps rearing it’s ugly head.

If a person did horrible things 15 years ago – and has continued, to this day, to do such things, then what they did 15 years ago is significant because it shows a consistent, lifelong pattern of bad behavior. It shows that is truly a bad person, to their very core.

It seems a lot of people have very misguided assumptions about the intent and objectives of this website. They claim that by going to the news media, Desiree has been able to “take back control” (whatever the fuck that means); that the news coverage has helped to “mitigate the effects of the website”; and that it has exposed Fox for the “crazy, jealous” person that he is. There sure are a lot of simple minded people out there.

In my news media interviews, I have been claiming I lost my job because of this website and because of emails Fox has been sending employer. Well, it turns out there never were any such emails sent and, just before I started talking to the media, I admitted in a sworn declaration in the family court that I was actually just laid off as part of a large “reduction in staff”. It had nothing to do with the website or any emails from Fox.

Desiree and Fox were recently contacted by the Producer of the Dr. Phil show, about being on the show. They wanted to do an episode about the website and the long-running disputes between Desiree and Fox. Both Desiree and Fox agreed to be on the show. But then, Desiree must have realized she was not going to be portrayed as the victim. She began to realize she was probably going to be presented as a petty, vindictive, narcissistic, instigator and the aggressor (in other words, the reality of the matter).

As always, Desiree refuses to follow the proper, clearly defined rules and procedures for doing things and, as such, moves forward with filing for an annulment of her marriage to Fox, in the Arizona court, even though there is already a petition for dissolution in the California court. This, of course, would mean the Arizona court lacks jurisdiction and the annulment would end up being void.

Let there be no uncertainty: I am racist! Pure and simple. I am sick and tired of all these Mexicans coming to my country, taking over neighborhoods and refusing to assimilate. But it’s not necessarily that I believe Whites are superior – I just believe Browns are inferior.

And for those of you who think this is just Fox trying to stir up anti-Desiree sentiment, you’ll see in the article, it’s actually based on my own racist statements and actions.

Recently, I cried to the news media about how this website it ruining my life, and that Fox has openly and publicly stated on the site that he would murder me if he thought he could get away with it (which is false), and that the justice system refuses to do anything about it. That resulted in a CBC/NBC story which resulted in a tonne of further news coverage. Which resulted in a huge spike in visitors to this website.

So, what, if anything, have I accomplished by going to the news media – other than generating huge publicity for the site?

There are a lot of naive, misguided people out there who keep saying silly things like “Rather than creating this website, Fox should be trying to get his son back through the courts.” It amazes me how naive and simple some of you are. For all of you who believe Fox should be using the courts to get his son home, rather than running this website, this article should clear things up for you.

And if, after reading this article, you still think Fox should go through the court, then you’re clearly just a complete idiot.

For the past few years, I’ve been claiming that for nine years, while I was absent from Fox’s and our son’s lives, Fox had been hiding our son from me. I didn’t know where they were. That is why I was absent from my son’s life. Except that in 2011, I sent Fox a letter wherein I acknowledged that I did know where they were during that time and that it was I who made the conscious decision to not be part of my son’s life.

Yet, even though I admitted this, in writing, I still continued to falsely claim in sworn court declarations and testimony, and in the international news media, that for those nine years Fox had been hiding our son and I had no idea where they were. I just can’t stop lying!

Let me just say: Some of you are idiots, living in a Disney-painted fantasy where all mothers are good and loving and caring and would never do anything which would harm their children. There are bad people out there and some of them happen to be female; and some of them happen to have children. My point: Bad mothers do exist. And it is very often better for a child to have no mother than to have a bad mother.

The news media has completely distorted the story of Desiree, Fox, and this website into some nonsense about Fox being emotionally hurt because Desiree left him and now he’s seeking revenge on her. What complete and utter poppycock! Stop being mindless fools, led around by the spiteful, bleeding-heart, raging feminist, news media and think for yourselves.

After the CBC coverage ran, the crazies came out of the woodwork. One person in particular seemed to have some very strong opinions of Fox and this website, and some very vivid fantasies about what he (or she) would like to do to him. I’ve always suspected it was actually Desiree writing those demented messages, except that she’s just not that creative.

True, an individual cannot “have someone deported”, but they sure can deliberately cause the circumstances, through lies, manipulation, and threats of going to the news media, which result in Homeland Security deporting the person.

CBC reported that the RCMP had recommended a charge of criminal harassment but the Prosecution Service declined to approve the charge.

However, Fox obtained the incident reports from the RCMP, through freedom of information, and as you can see, the RCMP report actually states “There is no criminal offence being committed. File concluded.”

The news in Canada just makes up whatever crap they feel like, and their audience just blindly accepts it as being truthful, verified “facts”.

Over the past few years I have repeatedly and repeatedly claimed Fox took our child when we separated, then hid him from me for the next nine years. I even falsely claimed that in my sworn declarations in the Arizona family court, and in the many news media interviews.

But as you’ll see here, I actually admitted in my sworn declarations in the California family court that, in fact, I did know where Fox and our son were, and I was periodically in contact with them. It was I who deliberately chose not to be in my son’s life.

A lot of people have the naive and misguided belief that our son is being harmed by this website being online. The reality of the matter, though, is that he simply doesn’t care.

Once upon a time I was engaged be married to a wonderful, kind, caring, meth user with a long history of violent crimes and an association with the Aryan Brotherhood. One day, while I was at work and he was looking after my two sons, he took them along to Walmart to commit forgery by passing counterfeit money on items he would later return for a refund. Well … he got caught and my son’s got to experience the joys and wonders of being arrested.

I really am such a wonderful mother!

Once again, I am fascinated at how many stupid people there are in the world. In this article I attempt to address some of the incorrect assumptions that people keep making, in the hope that they will stop asking the same stupid questions over and over.

I claim this website is causing me problems and I wish it would go away. So my big idea is to go on the news and inform hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of more people about it. Either I’m a complete moron (very likely), or the truth is I want all the sympathy and pity I get from people because of this website (also very likely).

Once again, I’m caught in my lies because what I’m saying now contradicts what I said to the police a few months ago. And of course, those police reports are included here.

You see, as a female, if you don’t get what you want by telling the truth … then lie. And if you still don’t get what you want, then just keep escalating the severity of those lies until you do get what you want. It’s not like anyone’s ever going to call you out on those lies or publish proof that you’re lying. That would be “victim blaming”, and that’s just not allowed these days.

After Fox was interviewed by CBC, they informed him of some of the outrageous claims I was making. Namely, that he had publicly and openly stated on this website that if he thought he could get away with it he would kill me; and that I believe he intends to come to Arizona and murder me.

In this article we examine how ridiculous those claims are, and how logistically infeasible, if not downright impossible, it would be for Fox to actually pull off what I am claiming he intends to do and what forms the basis of my supposed “fear for my safety”. We also consider the real reasoning for the repeated increasing embellishments of my claims.

General commentary on my idiocy in going to the news media; what I really hoped to gain by that; and some of the outrageously stupefying claims I’ve been making about Fox hiding our son from me for nine years, being afraid for my life from Fox, that the FBI has been in contact with Fox’s father who disapproves of this website (even though Fox’s father has been dead for more than 15 years). This is all shit I actually claimed in my CBC and NBC news interviews.

Desiree and her fiance James Pendleton have deluded themselves into believing the order of protection Desiree obtained against Fox, which only prohibits Fox from being within a certain distance of her, somehow also requires him to take down this website. To begin with, the order was issued by an Arizona court and isn’t enforceable outside the US.

And besides, have you ever really been disappointed with any of the commentary on this website?

Trashy, ghetto people are well known for saying whatever you want to hear, or agreeing to whatever terms you offer, to get what they want from you; then at the earliest opportunity, once they’ve gotten what they want, the back out of the agreement. Not surprisingly, this is one of my predominant personality traits.

I will do to you whatever I want. I will lie and cheat and make false allegations. I will take from you by force or deceit. And that is my God given right. But don’t you ever, ever think you can do the same to me – that would be wrong!

Like potheads and drug users the world over, my dream is to have someone provide for all my financial needs while I sit at home and get high all day. I’m happy to report: I’ve reached that utopia.

At the order of protection hearing, when James was cross-examining Fox, he asked Fox whether he would feel harassed if James had posted this kind of information about him. Fox responded he would not feel harassed, he would feel ashamed and embarrassed about being involved with someone like Desiree.

The time my fiancé, Kristopher Lauchner, shoplifted an AR-15 (assault rifle) and was hiding it in our home, and the police got a search warrant to search the home. My child was present. They found the stolen gun, meth, Nazi artifacts, and some other shit. Ah, good times, good times.

An examination of the reasons Fox has a supposedly “unhealthy” and “sick” obsession with Desiree.

If, after reading this, you still believe Fox’s apparent obsession is unjustified then you’re probably just as fucked up as Desiree, the BC prosecutors and judges, and the Canadian news media.

At the order of protection hearing, Fox made a point of telling the judge that because he isn’t in the US, any order she makes will not be enforceable on him, and in particular, even though the current order requires him to surrender all his firearms he has checked with the RCMP and they assured him he doesn’t need to because a US court order has no weight in Canada.

I don’t think the judge saw the humor in this.

A list of reasons prospective employers should consider me for employment. Nah! Just joshing! Any employer who would even call me for an interview based on this list has serious competence issues.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: If you don’t get what you want by telling the truth, then lie. And if you still don’t get what you want, then embellish the severity of those lies until you do get what you want. Lying is good, and honesty is stupid. No one ever won a debate by telling the truth against an opponent who makes things up as they go.

The time I, in a pathetic attempt to regain my ex-husband’s affection toward the end of our marriage, proposed anal, but in the absence of proper lube … well, the title says it all.

What I really think about all those people flooding into my country, destroying my neighborhoods, and leeching off the system. This is America! I can hate who I want to hate. I’m not harming anyone so fuck off and let me have my beliefs.

Apollo Group finally got fed up with me coming to work high, getting high while at work, attending meetings reeking of weed, being unreliable, forgetting commitments five minutes after making them, and on and on and on.

And now I shall tell everybody the reason I lost my job was because of this website, and thereby gain people’s pity. Ah, life is great when reality means nothing.

Green Valley Hospital near Tucson, AZ is looking to fill a Systems Analyst position. Desiree is a Systems Analyst. Recently there have been some visits to this website from people at Green Valley Hospital. Coincidence? We think not. But will Green Valley Hospital actually hire Desiree after finding out the truth about her? We think not.

The California family court “rejected” my recent application to prohibit all contact between Fox and our son. Clearly they are biased in favor of Fox and there is some kind of conspiracy against me.

This article presents an incredibly accurate depiction of Desiree’s perception of things.

Here I am, trying to convince the world that I’m afraid for my safety from Fox, a person who has never harmed anyone and who rarely even loses his temper. Meanwhile, I’ve spent most of my adult life in relationships with violent, abusive, emotionally disturbed men who have histories of domestic violence. Hell, for that matter, even I have a documented history of domestic violence. Fox doesn’t.

But Fox owns guns! So what, he’s owned guns all his life. He’s never once had an issue with them. He’s never used them other than in self/home defense and recreation.

In this article, we objectively consider how truly ridiculous my claims of harassment and fear for my safety from Fox really are.

Since my fiance, James Pendleton, first appeared on this website in July 2015, he has been fervently trying to get the website taken down. His latest misguided attempt was to file a complaint with the domain registrar. Even though a domain registrar has nothing to do with the website hosting. Is there no end to Desiree and James’ idiocy?

Notice that all these efforts to get this website shut down have been by James, not by me. Isn’t that weird? This website exposes the facts that I’m a racist, a drug addict, that I tried to force a miscarriage by repeatedly punching myself in the stomach which caused my son to be born premature and blind in one eye, yet I’ve done absolutely nothing to get it taken down.

To this day, I insist I am a wonderful mother, and that my children love me. I insist I have never done anything wrong or bad to my children. This article presents a list of just a few (49, actually) of the things I’ve done which would tend to refute that. But even when presented with this list, and conceding that everything in the list is completely true, I still insist I am a wonderful mother.

Once again, my habitual, compulsive lying and my inability to think before I speak have put me in a situation where my own stated reasoning on one matter is being used against me on another matter. If only I was capable of foresight and abstract thought.

Some people have expressed the opinion that because the content of this website is not actually written by Desiree then it should all be taken with a grain of salt. But if the information is all true and correct (which it is), then does it really matter who is actually writing the narratives? The fact that Desiree tried to force a miscarriage by punching herself in the stomach, which resulted in our son being born with a permanent disability, is no less true whether she wrote that blog post or Fox wrote it.

You might wonder: How does any human being who has been as utterly despicable as me, live with themselves? Simple: Nothing that ever happens is ever my fault, no matter what involvement I may have had in it; and any time I do something which I know is deplorable, it’s always because the person I did it to “forced” me to do it.

Desiree’s fiance, James Pendleton, who she recently moved in with, has decided he is not proud enough of being with her, that he is willing to be publicly associated with her. He has asked that all references to him be removed from this website.

I incessantly insist I am a good parent and a wonderful mother. But when you get right down to it I’m really nothing more than a bully, a tyrant, a fascist, totalitarian, dictator that demands everyone around me to exactly as I want at all times. And being a parent is perfect for that.

My ex-husband, Michael Capuano, was arrested and charged with battery (domestic), for slapping around his new wife. Big deal. When I was with him the cops were called to our home for “domestic disturbance” complaints on a regular basis – and, of course, I was usually the aggressor. You think I’d let some spineless little bitch like Michael push me around?

Fox sent me an email mentioning that he believes my current fiance, James Pendleton, was in violation of his Top Secret Security clearance by being engaged to me. Fox hinted at that possibility of informing the authorities. So I called the RCMP and falsely claimed he was harassing me and threatening to kill me. I told them I’m afraid for my life because Fox has guns and is able to cross between Canada and the US whenever he wants.

You might be wondering, since I called ICE on Fox to get him deported, then rationalized that by saying I was just doing my duty as a patriotic citizen, then isn’t Fox also just doing his duty as a patriotic citizen by reporting James? Haven’t you figured it out yet? In my universe, it’s acceptable for me to cause whatever harm I want to whoever I want, but it’s not acceptable for anyone to even think about doing it back to me!

I recently moved from Phoenix to Tucson. I’d been living at the same place for far too long. What’s it been, like a year and a half? Time to move my kids to yet another school in another city/neighborhood so they can make all new friends. Anyway, this move was mandatory – I wanted to move in with my new boyfriend again.

I was arrested, in my home, for possession of marijuana (it was still illegal at the time). Here is the audio recording of that arrest. Notice how I lie and claim I use the weed for medical purposes related to the car accident I had when I was pregnant with mine and Fox’s son; then I actually have the audacity to claim my son’s premature birth and blindness was also related to that accident. Holy fuck, I just can’t stop lying!
