At Patrick Fox's trial for criminal harassment based on this website, back in 2017, and in the Canadian news media in 2016-2017, there was a lot a attention given to the fact that Fox had once said to me, in an email, that he was using our son as a pawn in his scheme to ruin my life. The thing is, even though he had said it, he never actually did it. It was just something he said to antagonize me. I knew at the time, as I always did, that Fox would never use our son in that way.

I, on the other hand, would have no reservations about using our son, or anyone else for that matter, in any way, when it serves my purposes. In fact, in 2016, when the RCMP sent a couple of officers down here to Arizona to interview me in person for the criminal harassment case against Fox, I actually, openly, and even jovially admitted to them that I had, in fact, been using our son as a pawn to try to force Fox to do what I wanted. Specifically, I said I had told Fox that if he just takes down the website then everything could go back to normal, he could visit with [our son] again. Yeah, that's pretty clear, right? Don't do what I want and you can't have contact with your son; do what I want and you can have contact with your son.

But wait! There's more. At the criminal harassment trial, I even admitted during direct-examination that I was harming Gabriel to try to force Fox to do what I wanted. I knew Fox would never do anything which might adversely affect Gabriel. So I did something to adversely affect Gabriel then told Fox I'll only stop if he takes the website down.
Specifically, I took away the mobile phone Fox had provided Gabriel - the phone Fox provided so he could have unfettered contact with Gabriel; the phone the family court told me not to interfere with; the phone Gabriel also used to communicate with his friends. Then, I had Gabriel call Fox and tell him the only way Gabriel can get his phone back is if Fox takes down the website. Fox declined my very kind and generous offer. So I told Fox that unless he takes down the website, I will continue to take away everything Fox has provided Gabriel, including his credit card and bank accounts, until Fox takes down the website.

Now that I've provided you proof that I, and not Fox, was the one using our child as a weapon against the other person, you will still tell yourselves that, no, Fox did it! Desiree could not have done that because a mother would never do such a thing. Moreover, even if she did do it, it's not her fault because she's the victim; the woman is always the victim; that horrible monster Patrick Fox made her do it.
