Lauchner's presence during Gabriel's visitation
Desiree: I was informed by the court this morning that Lauchner's bond was set at $9000. I assume, with such a low bond he will be bonding out soon. May you confirm whether he will continue to reside at your/his address upon his release? He was living there at the time of his arrest so it is my understanding that he has tenant rights and may, therefore, have the right to continue to reside at that address unless you or the landlord successfully have him evicted. My interest is as it relates to Gabriel's visitation periods. I don't think there is any question or dispute any more whether Gabriel being in the same home as Kristopher, or left in Kristopher's care, is dangerous to Gabriel's well-being or safety. I've already spoken to everyone he knows to explain what happened. There is no one left that has the money and is willing. He is already aware of this.

Okay, fair enough. But can you humor me? Let's say by some miracle Kristopher was able to effect his release, is it your position that he would, or would not, be permitted (by you) to reside at your residence? If you will not provide a direct response then I will have to assume that you would permit Kristopher to continue to reside with you. I'm sorry if you take this as being difficult but I need to know where you stand on the issue (in writing) so I know how I should proceed. Thank you, Fox
