An Individual Cannot Have Someone Deported?

2254 views | 4 comments

Some people have been commenting that my statements that I "had Fox deported" are bullshit, because an individual cannot have someone deported - only the government can deport someone.

They are correct that only the government can. Technically, only the Immigration Court can issue an Order of Removal. Then, once that's issued, ICE can physically remove (deport) the person. However, for me to phrase it that way would simply be convoluted and unnecessarily confusing to most readers.

Try to follow me through the chronology of events here: In 2009, the Immigration Court issued an order of removal for Fox. In August 2011, ICE released Fox from their custody, at the Canadian border - but very significantly, not actually in Canada. That is, they released Fox in the US. So at that point they hadn't actually deported him. He returned to Los Angeles. ICE knew he was back in Los Angeles - how could they not? He wasn't exactly hiding. But he's not exactly a high priority target for Homeland Security.

The reason ICE went to Fox's home in Los Angeles on January 2, 2013 was in response to the many calls they received from me claiming that he was an illegal alien, a fugitive, had been previously deported then re-entered the US (which is, itself, a felony), that he was trying to flee the country with my US citizen child, and that if they didn't do something about it I'm going to go to the news media with it. In actuality, none of those claims were true.

So, had I not called ICE and deliberately filed a mountain of false reports against Fox then they would not have gone to his home, brought him in for questioning, transferred him to another detention facility for six weeks, then put him on a plane to Canada.

So, literally speaking, I did not "have Fox deported", I merely forced the circumstances which caused it to commence, as a direct result of my repeated telephone calls to ICE, and based on my false statements to them.

    Sounds delusional and grandiose

So are you assuming that these events would have happened otherwise? That’s pretty delusional of YOU, “RP”.

Did Richard tell a lie? Stick a pencil in his eye! Grind it around and make him cry!

Patrick, I just wanted to say that I admire and respect your courage to press forward despite all opposition.

For years, after my second divorce, I’ve found that true happiness comes from avoiding women altogether.
They are manipulative creatures who serve only themselves. It doesn’t matter how sweet or endearing they may be, there’s always an ulterior motive.

My first wife also used our children against me in every way she could. After a 6 year custody battle, I finally wore her down enough that she threw in the towel. I now have full custody. No matter how bad the mother is, the courts will almost never give a guy custody. Even our judge yelled at the mother because she was making it difficult for him to give her custody!!! Finally, she missed 2 court appointments, and he had to acknowledge all her wrongdoings in the final ruling. (must have been a bitter pill to swallow, Mr. Capper)

My second wife was from Canada. After starting her visa paperwork, buying a new house, and starting a new life with my two kids, she decided to cheat on me in a HIGHLY toxic affair that lasted months, all while rubbing it in my face that she was going to get her visa.

I called the USCIS, and told them what she’d been up to. I also called her parents and told them to get her back home, or she may not make it home.

Women today are horrible people. There’s no way around it. I finally discovered MGTOW, and knew right away that this movement was EXACTLY what I’d been doing on my own. It was so nice to have some affirmation! And so I’m here to give you some affirmation, Patrick. Don’t stop. This woman destroyed 2 lives and likely many more, and I’m so glad that she’s not gotten away unscathed.

To everyone who says he’s ruining his child’s life: His life is already ruined, but there’s always that small portion that can be salvaged by reuniting father and son. But if Patrick walks away, there’s no mending that bridge.
