Request for confirmation of visitation during upcoming fall break

Desiree:

I understand Gabriel's Fall Break will be from October 3, 2015 through 
October 11, 2015.  He has expressed to me he is interested in visiting 
with me during that time.  Please notify as early as possible if there 
will be any reasonable and unavoidable travel restrictions which will 
prevent Gabriel from traveling on October 3, 2015 and returning to 
Tucson on October 10, 2015.

Unless I hear otherwise from you I will assume you are in agreement with 
those dates of travel.
