Received phone call from Desiree Capuano

Good morning.

I am writing to inform you I received a phone call from Desiree, on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 4:19pm PDT. She attempted to disguise it as a call from Gabriel by having him initially greet me, then by attempting to channel the communication through him. She was on the line during the entire call. Her rationalization was that we were not communicating directly because it was going through Gabriel.

I promptly informed Gabriel that, due to the outstanding harassment complaint, I am prohibited from having any direct or indirect contact with Desiree, and that this call would constitute such contact.

The purpose of the call was to request that I take down the website. On July 20, 2015, Desiree had taken away the mobile phone I had provided Gabriel back in 2013 and he has been without it since. I have had problems, in the past, with Desiree listen to or recording my calls with Gabriel, not forwarding my messages to him, and with her taking him out of town and being inaccessible for extended periods of time. For those reasons, the family court explicitly directed her not to interfere with the phone I have provided to Gabriel. Gabriel pays the monthly bill for the service from the money I provide him - she has no stake or claim to the phone or the mobile service.

Her proposal was that if I take down the website then, once she is able to confirm it is down, she would give Gabriel his phone back. I declined the offer.

Gabriel told me that she had indicated to him that as long as the website is up she is going to continuing taking his things away until he has nothing left. He also told me that he is not allowed to talk to me unless Desiree is physically present during the call (this is in direct violation of the family court's instructions to her).
