Fox, I do not allow our son to be circumcised during the summer visitation scheduled May 23rd to June 8th, 2014. I will inform you later whether I have objections regarding him being circumcised during the second scheduled summer visitation.

Desiree: I am not requesting your permission. I am requesting you to provide any objections, if you do, in fact, have any objections. Providing any such objections does not mean simply saying that you object - an objection requires that you provide a basis for such objection. 1. The recovery time of such an operation could interfere with a scheduled vacation that you and the courts have been made aware of. 2. I do not believe Gabriel has the maturity to decide at 13 years old whether this is something he truly wants 3. I believe our son would agree to this only to please you as he has expressed no independent interest or determination in following Jewish traditions or teachings away from you. Points 2 and 3 will be reviewed upon conversations with our son and I will let you know in due time.

I have reviewed your points and taken them under advisement. Regarding your statement that points 2 and 3 will be reviewed with Gabriel and you will let me know in due time: I don't know what there is to let me know. Again, I'm not asking for your permission or for your approval - there is nothing for you to let me know beyond whether or not you have any legitimate objections. Regarding Gabriel's desire in the matter I have discussed it with him and it is between him and I. Now, you have submitted your objections and there is nothing more to discuss.
