Medical records

Good day!  I've spoken with the Harbor UCLA Medical Center about obtaining
the records from your August 2000 visit and they've said I would require
your consent to obtain the records myself.  They said, otherwise, I can
have my attorney request them.  I can also have my investigator obtain
them, but obviously, I'd rather not have to pay my attorney or investigator
to obtain them if I can get them for free myself.

Since it is your claim that Gabriel's birth complications and the
subsequent vision complications were the result of the accident you had
with the Toyota Tercel on the 405 two months prior, I would think that
you'd want to provide the consent so that you could prove your claim and
show the world what a poor, unfortunate, victim you are.

If I don't hear back from you or if you decided to withhold consent then I
guess I'll just have to have my investigator get the records.  Then, I'll
see what I can do to have them posted to your web site.
