Desiree: I hereby, formally, request that Gabriel be permitted to spend his fall break, from October 5, 2013 through October 13, 2013, with me. As I would be the visiting parent, I will cover all expenses and make all the necessary arrangements. I have discussed it with Gabriel and he has stated that he would like to do so. Fox

With respect to him travelling during his Fall Break, there are no "terms". I don't understand what you mean. Fox

You said you would be the visiting parent. Where would you be visiting? What location would you be planning to stay at? What dates are you asking for? Those are the types of terms I am referring to. I didn't think it what that difficult to understand.

Re: Gabriel's fall break
From dictionary.reference.com: *term**, noun: * *1.** a word <http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/word> or group of words designating something, especially in a particular field. * *2. **any word or group of words considered as a member of a construction or utterance. * *3.** the time or period through which<http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/which> something lasts. * *4.** a period of time to which limits have been set<http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/set>: elected for a term of four years. * *5.** one of two or more divisions of a school year, during which instruction is regularly provided.* "Term" has multiple meanings which can apply in the context in which you used it. Though, none which seem particularly reasonable. Therefore, I don't understand what you mean. Please clarify. Fox

Seeing as you cannot clearly state what you are asking for, I must decline your request. Thank you.

Re: Gabriel's fall break
Please indicate which part was not "clearly stated". I requested that Gabriel be permitted to spend the duration of time, from October 5, 2013 through October 13, 2013, in with me. Perhaps, the "term" "with me"? By that, I mean: in my physical presence and under my care and supervision. I believe all of the remaining language is clearly stated. If not, then please let me know which parts you are not understanding and I will reword them. Fox

Re: Gabriel's fall break
To address the questions presented in your second to last email: 1. Where would you be visiting? I would not be visiting, Gabriel would be visiting me. 2. What location would you be planning to stay at? I do not intend to remain at one location during the entire duration of his visit. I would expect to be present, at various times, at the Vancouver International Airport; 3846 Sunset Street; 4330 Sanderson Way; various points in the downtown Vancouver area; Stanley Park; Metro Center; various points in downtown New Westminster; various points at the University of British Columbia campus; various points in the Kitsilano area; various points in Burnaby; various points in the West Side area of Vancouver; and all points in between. 3. What dates are you asking for? I request Gabriel arrive at YVR on October 5, 2013 and depart YVR on October 13, 2013. Fox

Those dates will not work as we already had plans for October 11th, 12th and 13th before "fall break" was determined. If you wish for Gabriel to visit you during the other dates of his vacation then I suggest you file a motion with the court and let the judge approve it. I have no mind to so you any favors.

Re: Gabriel's fall break
I am not about to send my 13 year old son on an international flight, through customs, unattended, to a foreign country where I am not provided a home address to at least know where he will be sleeping at night without the courts knowing. If you would like to have Gabriel from the 5th to the 10th of October, please file a motion with the court. If they approve it, I will agree.

Re: Gabriel's fall break
I provided my home address in my previous email. I flight from Phoenix to Vancouver would be little different than a flight from Phoenix to Los Angeles. According to the Canadian government Gabriel is recognized as a Canadian citizen, and to the US government he is recognized as a US citizen so he wouldn't have complications entering either country. Please limit your arguments and opposition to things which are actually legitimate concerns. Fox
