Liz: As I said earlier, the solution to your problem is very simple: discontinue any further contact with Gabriel and I, and the issue will go away. Desiree has no interest in you because you are not a threat to her. I just spoke to Gabriel and asked him not to call you any more. I, likewise, will not contact you any further. Once Desiree realizes we are not in touch she will have no reason to drag you into her drama. My being in Los Angeles should have no further effect on you. FoxI don't believe she is a threat to me. But she sure believe by you saying you're somewhere in LA she keep asummin you're with me. That is your legal address. All correspondence will be sent to that address. As far as anything else is concerned I don't know what you are referring to.
I CC'd you on the message in order that you may know where things stand with respect to Liz's involvement in these matters. As of this point Liz no longer has anything to do with Gabriel or with me so there is no reason I can fathom that you would need to send ICE or any other law enforcement agency to her residence. Liz has been nothing but good to Gabriel all his life and she's never done anything to harm you, yet you have no second thoughts about bringing irreparable harm upon her to get your way - I would not expect anything different from you. As for it being my legal address, that is correct...for the purpose of service of process. I do not need to be physically present at Liz's home in order for my legal mail to be forwarded. As soon as I am able to obtain a new address for service I will notify you. Until that time, my last known address remains the official address. That is standard procedure. I will not provide you the address I am physically staying at as you have, on more than one occasion, threatened harmful actions and followed through at least two of those threats.
