Desiree: I just spoke with the court and got to the bottom of what happened with the hearing that I was not notified of. Someone at the court forgot to update the calendar when the evaluation was move from March 13 to March 20. So, on March 13 the judge thought the hearing was supposed to proceed at that time. The court has admitted to me that it was there mistake and is sending me documentation to confirm that. The order was made because the judge thought that I just didn't show up for a hearing which was scheduled in September. Obviously, since the error was the court's, the order will be vacated and a new hearing will be set. I have the minute entry from September showing that the hearing was moved from March 13 to March 20 so there won't be any question in that respect. Also, it seems that my declaration about your threats was received by the court after the hearing of March 13 so those issues can be addressed at the new hearing. Also, we can address the issue of Kristopher being back in your life and living in the home with Gabriel at that time. The Jewish community in the South Bay is helping me to get an attorney for this matter so I will not have to deal with you directly on this any further. If you have any questions please let me know. Sincerely, Fox

Awesome - I wonder if the courts will reimburse me for the emergency court call appearance I had to pay for. Or the $200 court evaluation fee I had to pay seeing as that hearing never happened either. I can attest to the Jewish community and attorney that neither you nor Gabriel was Jewish at the time of his birth nor any day since then until August of 2011 - however it will not matter. You will not be given our child. You are a liar and if you intend to push the matter I will see you exposed for what you are. I expect you will be giving me the required 48 hour notice when your Jewish attorney files documentation.

Desiree: I fail to see what my, or Gabriel's, religious beliefs have to do with anything. But, on what basis are you claiming that I am not Jewish? On the matter of refunds from the court you will need to take that up with them. You say "You will not be given our child" - on what are you basing that? It seems clear that the court entered it's order based on it's belief that I didn't bother to show up for a hearing it thought I knew about since September. Other than your claim that I'm not a US citizen (which is irrelevant in a child custody matter) what basis could you possibly have for thinking the court would grant you custody? Do you believe that if a parent is outside the US they have no standing? Go ahead and expose me. If you can find anything to expose then by all means, do so. Fox
