I just heard from Liz and all the forms/declarations are ready so I can 
proceed with the ex parte hearing.

Therefore, this serves as my 24 hour notice that the hearing will be 
Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at the Compton Courthouse, 12th Floor at 
8:30am.
