Desiree: This will be my third and final request for your input on what dates might work for you to attend the ex parte hearing for my request to bring Gabriel to Canada. So far you have stated that the date I proposed would not work for you, but you have not provided any alternatives - other than to say "please choose a date further out". I do not get paid until the 30th of November. I will not have the means to attend court in any fashion until then.

Interesting. You seem to be stating that you would not have the "means" to attend a hearing prior to receiving your next paycheck, which would be November 30, 2012, however, you don't actually provide a proposed date. Am I supposed to infer from your statements that you would be able to attend a hearing on November 30, 2012? I really don't like to infer things - especially in legal matters. Nevertheless, I will check with SOTI to see if yet another delay will be alright. However, if you do not hear back from me on the matter by the end of the day then I guess we shall proceed with the originally stated date of November 26, 2012. Please understand I have already lost one offer (AppNeta) as a result of your opposition to my relocation so I am very reluctant to be overly sympathetic to your situation. Particularly since you have not even stated a basis for your opposition and I am unable to see how where Gabriel and I reside affects you in any way. Fox P.S. The AppNeta offer was VERY attractive to me since they were willing to let me work from LA for up to 3 months while I made the relocation arrangements.
