- Kristopher had a number of swords and daggers mounted on the walls (and other places) of your house.
- The swords and daggers were not secured and were reachable by Gabriel, when there was no adult supervision.
- At least one of those daggers bore a Nazi swastika and was in plain site of the people (namely the children) in the home.
- On the day of Kristopher's arrest the Glendale Police executed a search warrant on your house.
- You stated to the police that you had no knowledge of Kristopher stealing the gun, using meth or keeping it in the house, or that he had hidden the gun in the house.
- There was, at the time of the search warrant being executed, two black adult individuals residing in your home.
- To date you have refused to provide me the names or any information about those two individuals residing in your home.
- Kristopher fired at least one round from the stolen Bushmaster rifle, in the back yard of your home, prior to his arrest.

Given Kristopher's criminal activities over the last year I don't believe he qualifies as responsible adult supervision. While Gabriel was there over the summer you were at work on weekdays and Kristopher usually slept until past noon. So, I would say, Gabriel and Sage were regularly in the presence of the weapons without adult supervision. I suppose we can disagree on this point.
According to Sgt Livingston, the sword and dagger could have been reached by the children if they stood on a chair.

I was contacted by an investigator from CPS last week. When the police searched the house they found documents with mine and Gabriel's information on them. Any time lethal weapons and/or meth is involved and there are children present the police are required to notify CPS. And, if not the police it could have been anyone else that knows you, being that Kristopher's name and picture and the front of your house were all over the news.
They (CPS) asked me a bunch of questions about Gabriel's custody and visitation orders, when he's supposed to be going out there next, if I knew anything about what was going on in the home, histories of violence, drug use, et cetera. I have requested that they keep me apprised of their investigation, due to Gabriel being required to spend his school breaks there.

I request the first and last name of everyone in LMunoz's family so that I can cross-reference any criminal records of any persons that Gabriel is exposed to. Please do not forget grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, close friends or anyone else that may son interacts with as I know he is at her families residences quite often.
We, as the parents of Gabriel, have a right to know who is residing in the other party's home while Gabriel is present in that home. As for investigating a person's background and current lifestyles, well, any person has the freedom to do whatever investigation they wish.
Unfortunately, however, our parental rights in that respect extend only to parties living in the home. It does not extend to your (or my) friends and relatives outside the home - unless there is a credible concern that such parties may be putting Gabriel at risk by coming into contact with him (for example if they were a child molester or had a history of domestic violence). Or, unless Gabriel is being left in the care of such parties.
Gabriel is not being left in the care of Liz or any of her friends or family and none of those friends or family reside in the home. Therefore, I believe your request is not reasonable and I deny it based on those grounds. As for Liz: you have her information and are free to perform whatever investigation you deem appropriate.
My request was for information on specific parties that WERE residing in your home while Gabriel was present. Therefore, I believe my request WAS reasonable. Moreover, Gabriel's designated personal space (i.e. his bedroom) was taken from him to be used by your friends - not a very classy move (in my opinion). It instills in the child's mind the belief that your friends are more important to you than he is.
You are misinformed if you believe that Gabriel is at Liz's family's residences "quite a bit". He occasionally visits with them. Usually, they go out to dinner and/or a movie.

I suppose if you called them to give them this information they would have asked questions. They have not contacted me however and if they do I will accommodate any investigation they wish to perform.
I did not say, or imply, that I contacted CPS. I explicitly stated that they contacted me, and I stated that under Arizona law the police would have been required to notify them, due to there being meth and lethal weapons involved.
