I'm sorry. Your response gives me the impression that you take offense to my attempt to avoid future disputes. These issues ARE going to come up at the child support hearing so I think it is important that there is some agreement as to the contributions you DID make so they can be taken into account when the court calculates your back payments. I would rather avoid a situation where we appear in court and suddenly there's a discrepancy between what you say you've provided and what I say Gabriel came home with. And since everything is still set aside, now would be the time to address any such discrepancy because Gabriel is right here to say whether or not a certain item was with him when he returned. Fox
