The XBox in the living room
Desiree: Gabriel would like to use his XBox Live Gold account on the XBox in your living room. However, the wireless network configuration on it is incorrect. Apparently, it's currently configured to connect to the wrong network - which is why it is unable to access the Internet. I believe the network that should be selected is called "cisco 24583". The only step we are unable to get past is entering the WEP password - which, obviously, we don't have. So, my request is: may you, please, correct the wifi settings on the XBox in the living room so that it connects to the correct wireless network, so that Gabriel can use his XBox Live Gold account? If you are unsure of how to do this then either you or Gabriel can call me and I can walk you through it. The whole process shouldn't take more than 90 seconds. Thank you Fox

I know how to reconfigure my wireless network, but thank you for the offer. We will look at the settings and correct it.
