I am hoping to be informed of the status of whether the MCAO intends to proceed
with prosecution of the above referenced case against Lauchner.  I have spoken with
Detective Reid Watson (#1125) of the Scottsdale Police Department (the Detective in
charge of the case) and he has informed me that he has forwarded the case to your
office, and although he believes the case will be prosecuted, a direct complaint or
indictment has not yet been filed with the court.
