only.  I do not wish to start a thread of irrelevant allegations and

Previously I had told you the Scottsdale police declined to release the
report of your arrest on 9/27/11 due to a pending investigation.
However, I received the reports today and it turns out the subject of
the pending investigation was not you, but the other party named in the
report.  In the copy I received they have redacted the name and
identifying information of the other party (although, from the narrative
it's obvious who they're referring to).  I'm sure your attorney has
provided you a copy of these reports already so I there's no benefit to
me forwarding a copy.
