Speaking on behalf of Desiree
Kristopher: I would like to remind you that the court instructed you to stay out of the matters between Desiree and I. If Desiree has no interest in replying to any email I send her then she may do so. You and I have nothing to discuss, however. My concerns about you being around Gabriel are a matter for Desiree and I to resolve. Not you and I. Please refrain, in the future, from responding on behalf of Desiree, or in the least, clearly indicate that it is you responding and not her. Otherwise, I will treat the response as coming from her and she will be held accountable for any statements made therein. If the response is from you (Kristopher) then I see no reason why I would respond or continue a chain of communication with you. Fox

You will stop disrespecting her, I will stop interfering. Keep you're opinions to yourself and the correspondence relevant. It's common sense, just don't be a dick. Treat you're own woman however you like, you don't have that freedom with mine Sent from my iPhone

Because your "marriage" was illegitimate to begin with and a decade plus ago, not to mention she entered and ended a legitimate marriage with the man she left your miserable ass for. Come on Fox, you're not disillusioned to the point that you believe you have any legitimate tie to Desiree do you? Aside from Gabriel, all you had with Desiree was a mind fuck victim. You play so many head trips is probable even you dont know who you are and what is true. And further more I've been in an actual, mutually fulfilling partnership with Desi for 2.5 times as long as you ever did, although from what I gather you fucked her up and mentally abused her young mind much more than I ever would or could. Re: Speaking on behalf of Desiree
Oh boo hoo. Give me a break. The world is certainly full of gullible people ready to suck up her sob stories. If I was so bad to her then why did she move back to LA with me, from Phoenix in 2001? Save the drama queen nonsense for those who will buy into it. As for our marriage it is as legitimate as it can possibly be. Neither you nor Desiree have anything to show that it is not. But we all have a copy of the marriage certificate, we have a child together, and we cohabited. You can tell yourself it's not legitimate until you're blue in the face but we all know it is. It's also painfully apparent that Desiree is not that interested in terminating the marriage because if she was she would file the divorce. If it's a question of money then perhaps you should buy fewer video games and set the money aside for the filing fee. Until her or I obtain a divorce decree she is my wife and I am her husband. Period. If you don't like it then you should try to convince her to get divorced. I figure she must really want to remain married to me. Fox

Oh little man you really are pathetic. She was also married after you and had another child after, and cohabited for 9 years with Michael. Dude, you took advantage of a naive 18 year old who didn't yet have the life experience to know a lost cause. She sacrificed her innocence to you, and you attempted to destroy her incredible nature to love. Is the non-existence of love something they teach in Judaism ? I applaud your search for a higher power, but I can't imagine your ego conceding one exists. BTW, I'd get a DNA test if I were you, Patrick Fox never sired a child named Gabriel. You really stepped on your dick with that fabrication my friend, as you're "trailer park" blood related kin folk are eager to expose you. But whatever, I'm confident you can pull off something. Just try not to fuck up your kids head like you do everyone else's Sent from my iPhone

No, you did all those things to yourself Fox, I had nothing to do with it. My only involvement is I love Desiree and I defend those I love. I honestly don't dislike you, I actually admire some of your attributes and my take on this whole thing is you lost someone you loved because you mistreated and berated them one too many times. I don't tolerate bullies, and you seem most comfortable assuming that roll. The minute someone gives you a chance you belittle and use your intelligence to control them. Well, you use the one person who actually loves you without condition as leverage to control also, hence your bizarre relationship with Liz. Who by the way had nothing nice to say about you and how she only tolerates and endures your incessant demands because she wants to be with Gabriel. I'm only telling you the truth, I'm not saying that to upset you or hurt your feelings. But you know this, what you apparently don't know is if you would try not to be such a pretentious asshole you would find people would be interested in you. You have all the tools, but you you use them to hurt and bully Sent from my iPhone

Dude! Give it a rest. I'm not even reading your emails anymore. I have no idea what you're talking about. Leave me alone. You and I are not friends. I do not like you. I do not want anything to do with you. We have said everything there is to say so please go away now. Thank you!
