TASC requirements
Desiree: I'm sorry but I'm having a little difficulty and I'm thinking maybe you can help. TASC claims they don't have any diversion programs that don't require drug testing but you've said that testing is not part of your requirements. Could you tell me which diversion program you're in? Well, seeing as you haven't given me a chance to handle any of that on my own before butting in prematurely and assuming all the wrong things all I feel justified in telling you is that my appointment is on 4-15-2012. Unless you learn the details of my arrangement prior to that and wish to inform me of it, you can wait until then to learn. Thank you.
Alright, I gave you the benefit of the doubt (as always) and I didn't point out that according to TASC's web site their offices are only open Monday through Friday (not on Sundays, which 4-15-12 was). But you stated [above] that I can wait until then to find out if your TASC requirement includes random drug testing (as according to them all of their diversion programs do). So, are you required to do random testing? You can refuse to tell me but, again, it's public record because it's part of your criminal case. Thanks, Fox
