Further investigations?

Desiree: Thought you might like to know: I just found out from the Scottsdale Police that the reason they have not yet provided me a copy of your arrest reports from 9/27/11 is that there is an open investigation. They would not provide me any information about the investigation, who's involved, or the nature of the charges. I must ask that you guys please try not to get arrested again while Gabriel is in your care. I'd appreciate that. Was your deferred prosecution offer based on Prop 200? Thanks. Fox

Yes prop 200. And I have notified the Scottsdale police dept. that a stalker is trying to gather info about me and use that info to coerce me. If you continue to invade my privacy and stalk me (essentially) I WILL contact the DA and bring you before an Az justice of the peace. We both know you do not need that complication as you have more than enough on your plate as is, so please stop using our custody case as an excuse to harass me and be creepy. Desiree: It is not stalking or creepy. Police reports are public record. I simply submitted an application along with the $5 fee and they sent me the reports. Mug shots and copies of other artifacts are extra. Further, I have a right to know EVERYTHING about the people that are taking care of Gabriel while he is there. Go ahead and file whatever you would like with the authorities in Arizona (or in California for that matter). This is a domestic issue concerning a parent's concern for the safety of his child. Considering both you and Kristopher were arrested while Gabriel was in your care - one time Gabriel was in the car, under Kristopher's care, at the moment he was actually being arrested - my concerns are valid. Moreover, even after your marijuana arrest you had a pipe in your purse when you went to pick up Gabriel from the police during Kristopher's arrest! And that occurred before you obtained the medical marijuana card. I'm not saying this to be spiteful, I'm explaining the basis of my concerns for Gabriel's safety. If you do not want me looking into yours and Kristopher's affairs then don't take Gabriel to Phoenix. As long as Gabriel will be in your care and/or Kristopher's care for any duration of time, in my absence, then I have every right to investigate every single aspect of your life and living situations. Also, I would like to point out that once I get a project or job I will be able to hire an attorney and investigator who will then be able to do investigations for me and have access to more resources than I do. These are not threats because we are only talking about the discovery of information and in a divorce/custody proceeding there is very little privacy. If you want to keep your affairs private then avoid divorcing people and seeking custody/visitation. As for your claim that I have enough on my plate: I have no idea what you're talking about. The only matter I am aware of is the misdemeanor case in Surprise. And that is hardly worth worrying about. If they were concerned about it they could have transferred me back to the MCSO while I was still in custody in Arizona. Face it, the reality is I have know matters to be concerned about. Even if your prior allegation of identity theft were true I couldn't be prosecuted for it due to the doctrine of res judicata (look it up) - the District Court has already adjudicated the matter of my identity so it cannot be adjudicated again and I cannot be found guilty of something that would necessarily contradict a prior adjudication. Good evening. Fox

I thought prop 200 was only available to first time drug offenders. Oh well, I guess you got a break. That's good.
