Up until this point you have been requesting this information repeatedly in
a manner indicating that you had leverage over my head and the ability to
command me to do something. After hearing quoted case law time and time
again, I had no reason to believe your recent request of the information
was for any other cause. Had you begun the call by informing me of our
son's illness, I most certainly would have supplied you with anything I
could to care for him. As it happens, you did not and I did not know of my
son's illness until mediation this morning.
