Legal request

Desiree:

In your response you dispute my claim that since Gabriel has come back
on January 7, 2012 you have not called him.  I realize that after the
filing of my declaration you have called him twice in response to my
comments.  However, as of the date of the declaration I cannot recall
more than one telephone call.

For that reason, I request you provide a copy of your telephone records
to establish the frequency of your contact with Gabriel from November 9,
2011 through the present.  If you refuse to provide them I will seek a
subpoena for them as well.
