Legal requests

Desiree:

I hereby request the contact information, including the current
addresses, for the following parties for the purpose of serving them
subpoenas to testify at the hearing on March 7, 2012.  Their testimony
will relate to the letters you have attached as exhibits to your
response dated February 21, 2012 and will be under oath.

1. Michael Capuano
2. Teresa Hoffman

If granted, the subpoena will be issued by the court and they will be
required to attend, though they may be able to attend telephonically.

You may be able to provide the current address information to the court,
under seal, if you do not wish to provide it to me.  Though you may have
to request leave of court for that.

Please be advised, also, that I may have to request a continuance of the
March 7, 2012 hearing as I am still awaiting your responses to my
discovery requests, as well as documents and information from other
agencies and sources.
