Desiree: I just received a notice from the Scottsdale Police Department that a Kristopher Michael Lauchner was arrested on 11/01/11 for 3 counts of forgery (ARS 13-2002) and one count of tampering with evidence (ARS 13-2809) at 5:09pm, on East Bell Rd, DR# 11-25802. Can you confirm whether or not this is the same Kristopher Michael Lauchner that resides in the same domicile as you, and that you insist is a good person, and that you see no problem with having Gabriel around? Don't you have a warrant for fraud out of lake pleasant and at least two other fraud cases you were charged with? There have been no charges filed against Kris, and why would you be so intent on making him an issue? He was nothing but supportive to Gabriel and non-judgmental of you. Why do you seek out more enemies, don't you get tired of being the jerk everyone hates?
Desiree: Since Kristopher lives in the same house where Gabriel would be spending his visitation time with you, his character and conduct are my concern and I have a legal right to know who will be residing in the home with Gabriel during the time he is in Phoenix. When you're at work or "administering your medical marijuana" Gabriel would be left alone with Kristopher. Although you did not explicitly state it in your response, I shall take it as being an admission that it was, in fact, the Kristopher Michael Lauchner that lives with you that was arrested by the Scottsdale Police on November 1, 2011 while Gabriel was in your care, and only 5 weeks after you were arrested.
