Consent for Gabriel's participation in the IEP
Desiree: I met with Steven Sakamoto, and others, today regarding Gabriel's participation in the IEP. The approval form only required the signature of one party so I took the liberty. I don't know if this is something that would require your consent since it pertains to his education as well as, potentially, medical, so if you wouldn't mind can you check that with your attorney? Alternatively, you can provide something in writing authorizing me to make the decision on your behalf. In the event I receive no response I will assume you have no objection to my position in the matter. Fox

I understand that there are forms and documents that will require your signature. I trust that any major change you would talk to me about. I had to sign the EIP here in Phoenix, it's no problem. You can use this email as an initial statement that Patrick Fox has my consent in signing the matter above. I will draft a document to such and provide it to Fox through email. I will sign the document, scan it and email it to you, so we both have a copy. Thank you for keeping me informed. If they email it, would it be possible to get a copy sent to me?

Desiree: In your last sentence you state: "If they email it, would it be possible to get a copy sent to me?" What is the "it" that you are inquiring about? Fox

The EIP results. Actually, I can forward you his from here too, although it doesn't matter much now.

There are no "results". I waived having him retested because I don't believe there is a substantial change since the last time he was tested. Fox
