Henrik: I've reviewed the Findings and Order you'd sent me. I only have three concerns: 1. You have listed the same party to have Gabriel for both President's Day and Memorial Day. Since these holidays are adjacent I believe it is supposed to alternate so that Desiree has President's Day, 2012 and I have Memorial Day, 2012. 2. Labor Day should be excluded because it was stipulated that Gabriel will be returned from Desiree one week before the school year starts. The schedule you've submitted would have her return Gabriel to me on August 28, 2012, for three days, then back to Phoenix on September 1, then back here on September 3. 3. At the top of the FL-340 you listed your client as "Jesus Alfonso". Otherwise, the rest of it looks fine. Thank you, Fox

Fox: 1. With regards to your concern in item #3, I believe this was a software error. 2. For the other two matters, please forward your objections/issues to the Court as the Judge explained to you on the date of the hearing. I have written down exactly how the Judge indicated he wanted the holidays to be distributed including the two you indicated for President's and Memorial Day.
