Official notice of transportation for beginning winter break
Patrick Fox: This email will server as your official notice that I, Desiree Capuano, will be driving to California on Sunday, December 16th to pick up Gabriel Riess at 206 1/2 E. Lincoln St. Carson, CA 90745 for the beginning of his court scheduled winter visitation - exact time of arrival is unknown. I will depart with Gabriel Riess from above location immediately where he and I will return to 9451 N. 84th Dr. Peoria, AZ 85345 for the duration of this visit (with the exception of visits to other homes within the Phoenix valley). My intent is to purchase a return plane ticket for Gabriel Riess to depart from Sky Harbor PHX airport on Saturday, January 5th and arrive in Los Angeles LAX airport on Saturday, January 5th. This plane ticket will ONLY be purchased on confirmation from you, Patrick Fox, that there will be someone at the airport to receive Gabriel upon arrival. The arrival time of this Saturday flight is negotiable upon the schedules of the receiving party. Please provide a workable time frame for which Gabriel's return to Los Angeles will be acceptable. Desiree: I have the following objections: 1. I cannot agree to have Gabriel picked up at 206 1/2 E. Lincoln, Carson, CA because I do not know who lives at that address. 2. I cannot agree to Gabriel staying at 9451 N. 84th Dr, Peoria, AZ because I do not know who lives at that address or what their connection to you is. 3. Any agreement that I commit to is conditional on my not receiving notice from Maricopa County Child Protective Services that they recommend Gabriel not spend time, unsupervised, with you or in your home. If I do not hear from them prior to you picking up Gabriel on December 16, 2012 then I will proceed as required by the visitation agreement. Fox

I will address each point in turn. 1. You are correct - I got the address wrong. The address where I will be picking up Gabriel Riess is as follows; 406 1/2 E Lincoln St. Carson CA 90745 2. The address that Gabriel Riess will be residing at during the winter break is as follows; 9153 N. 84th Dr. Peoria, AZ 85345 3. You are repeating yourself as you have already stated that. The stating of incorrect addresses was a result of attempting to communicate with you during my normal working hours. I was occupied with work matters and not as focused on the email as I should have been.

Desiree: Noted. But did I mention that any agreement I enter into with respect to Gabriel's visitation is contingent on me not receiving notice from CPS that they do not recommend against Gabriel being in your care for the visitation period? I'm not sure if I had mentioned that. Thank you, Fox

Desiree: Are the plans, as described [above], still your intentions? If so, I am in agreement with the dates and times specified. With respect to Gabriel's return flight on January 5, 2013 I confirm that I, or another responsible party, will be there to pick him up. And, this agreement is still contingent on me not receiving notice from Maricopa County Child Protective Services that they recommend against Gabriel being left in your care during the scheduled visitation. I have to include that statement so there is no misunderstanding. Fox

Yes this is still the plan. I will get his return ticket and let you know the details. Do you have a preference on his return time? Also, in preparation for his winter break travel, please pack Gabriel with at least the clothes that were purchased for him here, in 1 of the 2 suitcases he has returned to California with. That is all.

Desiree: My only preference with respect to his return time would be that the flight arrive after 5pm. Although, that is just a preference, due to Saturday being the Sabbath, and I don't have any other commitments which would preclude an earlier flight. I will make sure Gabriel has packed the clothes that you had purchased for him. And, I will return both suitcases to you. Fox
