It occurred to me that you haven't actually responded to my inquiry about whether you intend to exercise your visitation right for President's Day weekend. As I'd mentioned, if you will not be doing so we can have the ex parte hearing on February 21, 2012 at the same time as the child support hearing. Otherwise, if it is your intention to take Gabriel to Phoenix on February 18, 2012 then I we must have the hearing before that (presumably this Friday).

Again, if I don't hear back on this I will assume you intend to exercise your visitation and proceed with the hearing, as planned, on February 10, 2012.
