Thank you for the information.
I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from a debilitating condition, such as cancer, glaucoma, HIV, hepatitis C, alzheimer's, sever or chronic pain, seizures, MS, or some such thing.
I'll get back to you.
Desiree:
This is only for my own curiosity, not an interrogatory: In order to qualify for a medical marijuana card a person has to be diagnosed with a "debilitating condition" (cancer, glaucoma, MS, HIV/AIDS, hepatitus C, etc). So, I'm curious, what debilitating condition are you claiming?
Fox
Fox, you are not my prosecuting attorney. You are the father of my child. That's it. Please limit yourself to items concerning Gabriel and his current needs.
Thank you.

I believe a started the email with "This is only for my own curiosity, not an interrogatory...".
Desiree:
Actually, this does concern Gabriel and his current needs. If you suffer from a debilitating condition it may affect your ability to take care of Gabriel during your periods of visitation. And, if you are using marijuana, which is a mood altering substance, then it would impair your judgment and your ability to function. I believe these are valid concerns on my part.
