Desiree: This is now my second written request for authorization for Gabriel to visit with me during his Fall Break (from October 4, 2014 through October 12, 2014). You've not replied to the first request which was sent on July 23, 2014. I would like to have sufficient notice so that I may make the necessary travel arrangements. Fox

Desiree: 1. The court has explicitly forbade us from using Gabriel to pass messages between each other, which is exactly what you are proposing to do. 2. It is your decision, not Gabriel's. I would find it inappropriate for you to require him to notify me of your decision. 3. I prefer to have your decision in writing, from you, so there is a documented record for future reference. An email from Gabriel's account would not be considered authoritative. Fox
