Fox didn&#8217;t contest, or even respond to, the Arizona annulment and it was granted by default.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Arizona petition was invalid from the outset, for lack of jurisdiction because we already had an active divorce proceeding in California.  In other words, even though the annulment was granted, it&#8217;s not actually valid.
